Account Registration
Creating a personal account is mandatory to play games or place bets on the 363bet platform. The following terms apply at the time of account registration:

Deposits and Withdrawals

363bet currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.
4.2 Deposit Limits
Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (the same across all payment methods). There is no maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit.
- Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the verification process is completed.
- Withdrawals may be suspended in cases of suspected suspicious activity.
4.4 Transaction Responsibility
363bet is not responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect account information being provided. It is the user's responsibility to verify all information accurately before completing a transaction.
Bonuses and Promotions
363bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers, which are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting any bonus.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. Wagering requirement: 20x.
5.2 Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
- There is a set time limit for meeting wagering requirements, which will be communicated with each offer.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in immediate account closure.
- In cases of bonus abuse, 363bet reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and close the account.
5.3 VIP Program
363bet operates a three-tier VIP program: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), Silver (up to 1.0%) and Gold (up to 1.5%). VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account holder concerned.
5.4 Right to Modify Promotions
363bet reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Gaming Rules
The 363bet platform offers various gaming options including slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.
6.1 Fair Play Policy
- 363bet uses software from reputable game providers to ensure fair play.
- The results of games based on a Random Number Generator (RNG) are entirely random and not predetermined.
- In the event of a fault or issue in the gaming software, the affected rounds may be considered void.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game has a minimum and maximum bet limit, which is clearly displayed in the game interface. 363bet reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or other technical issues, 363bet will make a decision based on server records. This decision will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
Participation in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.
7.1 Directly Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
- Operating an account using a fraudulent identity or false information.
- Operating multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
- Attempting to hack, crack or make unauthorized modifications to the gaming software.
- Playing games using automated bots or software.
- Attempting to access another user's account without permission.
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
7.2 Investigation of Suspicious Activity
363bet reserves the right to conduct investigations into suspicious activity and to temporarily suspend an account during the investigation. The outcome of the investigation and 363bet's decision will be considered final.
Account Closure
8.1 Closure at User's Request
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the 363bet support team. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before closure, subject to the conditions for fund withdrawal being met.
8.2 Closure by the Platform
363bet reserves the right to close an account in the following circumstances:
- Any breach of these Terms.
- Providing a false identity or fraudulent information.
- Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
- Identification of a minor's account.
8.3 Voluntary Break (Self-Exclusion)
